Janeen Judah is currently the General Manager of Chevron's Southern Africa business unit. She is the 2017 President of the Society of Petroleum Engineers International. www.spe.org She has served two terms on the international Board of Directors, as the regional director for Gulf Coast North America and as Vice President-Finance.
Janeen is a graduate of Westbury High School in Houston ISD and earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University. She also holds an MBA from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and a JD from the University of Houston Law Center. In 2014, the Society of Women Engineers honored her with its Suzanne Jennisches Upward Mobility award in recognition for her advocacy for women engineers both at Chevron and in industry. She is the only woman to be honored as an Outstanding Graduate of the Petroleum Engineering department at Texas A&M, and one of only two women to be named Outstanding Alumni of the Texas A&M College of Engineering. She is a Professional Engineer in petroleum engineering in Texas.
