Established on July 1, 1995, the Energy Institute's mission is to help prepare energy industry managers, and government policy makers and regulators for more competitive global energy markets. The Institute's goal is to make UH a leading institution on energy business developments and policy issues. Our research focus is on frameworks for commercially viable energy projects and the business-government interface.
