Shop Audits

Shop audits will be conducted to identify potential safety hazards

  • Contact is made between the EHLS safety specialist and the shop site to determine a date and time for the audit
  • Prior to the audit, the safety specialist will provide the field inspection checklist
  • Prior to the audit, the safety specialist will request a list of the shop chemicals on a chemical inventory form
  • The audit will be conducted at a preset date and time
  • Upon audit completion, EHLS will submit a summary report
