Brian Waddle will join the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Services as the Director of Communication effective August 20, 2018. As the Director of Communication, Brian is responsible for: planning and coordinating publications of the division; communicating with the general public and UH campus community; planning, coordinating, and overseeing the writing and distribution of CoogNews, the DSAES staff newsletter, and the campus community newsletter to faculty and staff; and news releases.

Brian brings 20 years of experience in the communications and marketing profession. He has served in a communications and marketing professional role specifically in higher education for the last 12 years working directly for senior level executive leaders.

Recently under Brian’s leadership and talent, Houston Community College Communication Services received 14 Medallion Awards for marketing products at the annual convention of the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations District 4.
