Any CEO registered organization can rent a popcorn machine, snow cone machine, cotton candy machine, cart, etc. for their events or fundraising efforts for FREE! Equipment rentals are based on first come, first served basis. The equipment does not only have to be used at cultural or diversity-related events, but the event does have to be on the UH campus as well.
All requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the desired rental date.
CEO Equipment includes:
- Storage containers (Only for day of event)
- Cotton Candy Machine
- Popcorn Machine
- Snow Cone Machine
- A-Frames/Sandwich Boards
Upon receiving equipment, RSO representative will be given a short training on how to use and clean equipment and sign an Equipment Rental Form. A copy of the Equipment Usage & Cleaning Instructions will also be provided.
