The Council of Ethnic Organizations is a multicultural alliance of students with the mission to showcase diversity at the University of Houston by gathering different groups and individuals to work together and create extravagant events so the University of Houston students can get a true cultural experience. Enlightenment through Education is a key principle of CEO . By educating the student population on the various ethnic groups represented at the University of Houston, students are able to appreciate diversity.

Being involved in CEO and its many volunteer opportunities makes it possible to acquire leadership skills and learn how to work with people of different ethnic backgrounds and beliefs. Participation in CEO is open to the entire student body. CEO is a way to connect all nationalities and cultures at the University of Houston, we ask that you assist in continuing in “Uniting Cougars through Diversity.”
