Campus Leaders Reception Nomination Form

Stellar Senior Leader

This award is presented to a senior that has been highly involved and has made a significant impact on the campus community throughout their collegiate career. This student has been involved in a multitude of registered student organizations and acts of service that have benefited the student body.

Nomination Requirements
  1. Open to students with 90 or more credit hours
  2. Completed nomination form
  3. Résumé from the candidate denoting leadership positions, membership in registered student organizations, community service, and/or work experience. Email résumé to salo@central.uh.edu
  4. A letter of recommendation (no more than 5000 characters) describing why the nominee should be considered for the award including the following information:
    • Leadership positions and a brief description of responsibilities that the nominee has held throughout his/her undergraduate experience at the University of Houston
    • Description of how the nominee has built and maintained positive relationships with various members of the campus community
    • Description of the nominee's potential to use his/her involvement at the University of Houston after graduation to contribute to society

Deadline to submit the nomination form, letter of recommendation, and additional documentation is 5:00 PM on Friday, March 8th, 2013. Nominated individuals and student organizations will be invited to attend the Campus Leaders Reception on Tuesday, April 23rd, 2013 at 5:30 PM in the University Center Houston Room.
