The University of Houston is dedicated to supporting the needs of the City of Houston during the aftermath of Harvey. In order to capture the impact of service given by our fellow cougars, please let us know where you are giving back through the form below:
We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and appreciate the time you are giving back to our beloved community.
Beginning September 5th
Once the campus fully re-opens, the Center for Student Involvement will be coordinating donation drives on-campus to support members of the UH community who were impacted by Harvey.
If interested in volunteering to provide staffing support for these drives, please contact Katy Kaesebier in the Center for Student Involvement at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Donations will be accepted beginning Tuesday, September 5th from 9:00am – 5:00pm in Student Center North (first floor, Commons Desk). If you are a Cougar in need, you can come by the Student Center North (first floor, Impact Room) to collect any supplies you may need beginning Wednesday, September 6th from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Donations can also be made to the "UH Cougar Emergency Fund" (indicate that it is for "Harvey Relief"): donations to this fund will be utilized to provide comfort and ease to UH students who find themselves with hardship as a result of the storm. Visit UH Cougar Emergency Fund to make your gift.
