Cougar Involvement Ambassadors maintain the Commons area which includes the Carrel Spaces, the Resource Room, and the Commons Desk. To learn more about the resources offered check them out below.
The resource room holds a variety of different items for student organizations to check out! Need to make a banner? Want to design a flyer? We’ve got you covered.
To check out items in the Resource Room, you just need to go to the Commons Desk and let the Cougar Involvement Ambassadors know what you need.
Please note: You will have to leave a form of collateral (DL, Keys, or ID Card)
Student Organizations have the opportunity to have a mailbox at the Commons Desk. If you would like a mailbox, just specify in your organization registration that you would like to have a mailbox, or you can contact us at email@example.com and we will help you get a mailbox for your organization.
Mail must be checked at least once a week, or it may be returned to sender if the box becomes too full.
The Commons area has 106 carrel spaces that are available for Student Organization use. Currently the carrel spaces are full for the 15-16 academic year, but students will be able to apply for a carrel space when organization registration opens up in April.
