submit a CPH Booking Request and additional forms as necessary. Please review

classification of the group making the booking request.

UH Registered Student Organizations
All UH Registered Student Organizations must go through the Center for Student Involvement (CSI) event registration process. Student Organizations will submit a CPH Booking Request to start the booking process but a booking will not be confirmed until a Finalized CSI Event Registration Form is presented to CPH.
