Q1: If I am having technical difficulties (course login, password, or technical course issues), who do I contact?
Answer: For technical support, or to reset your online training password, please contact the University of Houston Technology Support Services at 713-743-1411.
Q2: Once I am in the Blackboard Training how do I return to the homepage to see my course list or go to the next training?
Answer: If you are in Blackboard and you want to return to the homepage to see your course list, click on the MY Blackboard (located on the toolbar at the top right) that will take you to the homepage where you can see your list of courses.
Q3: I am having issues with my web browser accessing the training module or material?
Answer #1: At the top, right side of the Blackboard page, click the 'Run Browser Checker' or 'Check Browser' function. This browser check will ensure your browser is configured so the complete functionality of this application is available to you.
OR
Answer #2: If you are using Internet Explorer and you are unable to access the training module or materials, try using a different web browser such as FireFox.
Answer#3: Check your pop-up blocker settings and firewall settings
Answer #4: Make sure that you have the latest Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Reader, and/or QuickTime Plug-in's to view the training module and materials.
