Refund Choices - You asked for them, now we've delivered.
You now have a choice of how you receive refunds from UH. When
you activate your new Cougar 1Card you will set your preference as to how you
want to receive your refunds. Choices include Instant Refund to your
OneAccount, ACH to a 3rd party bank, or receipt of a paper check mailed to
your primary address.
Instant Refund is the fastest and easiest way to
receive your money.
The OneAccount - It's easy and free for life.
Use your new Cougar 1Card anywhere MasterCard is accepted. Just
add money to your OneAccount and you're ready to go. And remember,
your OneAccount is free for life. You can keep it after you
graduate!

The OneAccount has no monthly fees and no minimum balance
requirement. You can keep using it after you graduate. Its great online banking features will always be free and easy to

Receive Money Fast
Ever got a refund from the university and had to wait for a
check? Now you can have the money deposited electronically to your
OneAccount, and have Instant access through the Instant Refund feature.
Get money from friends and family sent electronically to your

Buy On and Off Campus
Your new Cougar 1Card with OneAccount enables you to use your UH ID to
make purchases wherever MasterCard is accepted, and because it is not a
credit card, you don't have to worry about overspending and getting into
debt.
Get Cash
You can get cash at 4 locations on campus without additional banking
fees when using the OneAccount. They are located in Ezekiel Cullen Building, Library IT Computing Site, College of Technology,
and College of Engineering. Located in vending areas of each building.
