Policies

The Office of Contract Administration/Contract Compliance processes and maintains contractual instruments not otherwise processed by the Division of Research and Intellectual Property, or certain contracts processed by UH originating units. Read Section V.C.4 and V.C.5 of the MAPP 04.04.01 for special contract requirements and contract preparation.
