Welcome to the web-site of the Office of Contract Administration/Office of Contract Compliance. This office is responsible for contract review and administration for the University. This includes, but not limited to compliance review, analysis, and recommendation for appropriate changes to contracts.

This office also provides training especially in the preparation of contracts to comply with the existing Laws of the state of Texas and University Policies.

As a State agency, this office provides the required notices to the State Legislative Board and other required State reporting mandates within the specific time frame.

Also, please see our Training page for training materials. The PowerPoint presentations are reviewed and updated on a regular basis and will be continually changing.

Forms not found on our Contract Docs page are no longer required under current contract policy.

All previous versions (prior to September 1, 2006) of OGC Standard Form of Agreements should not be used. See Contract Docs page for approved agreements.
