Coaching Tools Fundamentals brings out your natural leadership abilities and allows you to leverage those abilities in your organization. This training introduces the essential communication tools that create the capacity to move from doing management to being a leader. Participants are guided through the development of their unique leadership styles and will learn how to strategically leverage this new capacity.
