Participants are guided through a professional coaching model and develop the skills needed to produce highly effective coaching conversations and environments. Leading from a coaching model brings out your natural leadership abilities and allows you to leverage those abilities in your organization, career, and community. Coaching for Conflict Resolution
Focusing on conflicts takes time and energy away from more productive action; ultimately it negatively impacts the results that leaders want to accomplish. This module uses the concept of the “magic of conflict;” through role-playing, participants are able to apply their coaching skills to real-world situations. If you want to know why managing conflict may create more conflict, and what you can do to help create better solutions, this session may be for you. Coaching for Change
As Dilbert says, “Change is good, you go first!” In today’s ever-changing business environments, continuously dealing in “resistance management” can put a strain on the best of teams. In Coaching for Change, participants build upon the fundamentals, gaining insight into the process of change and the real issues at play in any organization. They will obtain additional tools that focus on creating desired results while easing pressure and stress to build trust with individuals and the team. Coaching in a Multicultural Workplace
This module is designed to help leaders in the multicultural workplace strengthen their capacity to coach their colleagues more effectively and respond to cultural differences in creative and productive ways, especially when personally or professionally challenged. Coaching for Goal Setting and Achievement
This session starts where everything you have ever heard about goal setting ends. Despite our best efforts, effective goal setting does not guarantee goal achievement. Participants learn why traditional goal setting does not work as well as determining what tools and strategies must be in place to really get things done, ultimately moving participants to high performance.
