Information for Clients
The University of Houston Psychology Research and Services Center is an outpatient mental health training facility offering proven psychological treatments for a variety of behavioral, psychological, and adjustment problems. Individual, family, and group treatment formats are available.
In addition to psychotherapy, intellectual, developmental, and personality assessment and evaluation is offered for both children and adults.
Treatment and assessment services are conducted by advanced doctoral students under the supervision of Clinical Psychology faculty.
Fees, collected at the time of service, may be adjusted on a sliding scale according to ability to pay.
The PRSC also provides information about mental health to the community through Continuing Education professional training programs, workshops, and lectures to agencies and organizations.
