Biographical Summary
Rodgers is a policy analyst who focuses on poverty and social welfare, public finance and political economy in the Western world. His work is published in the American Political Science Review, American Journal of Political Science, Journal of Politics, American Politics Quarterly,Western Political Quarterly, Social Science Quarterly and many other journals and books. His most recent works include Poor Women, Poor Children: American Poverty in the 90s;and with Tom DeGregori, Poverty Policy in Developing Nations.
