Biographical Summary

Tyson Chatagnier's research concentrates on the political economy of conflict, civil-military relations, and the micro-level components of militarized conflict and military effectiveness. His research has been supported by funding from the National Science Foundation, and he was the recipient of a Fulbright Fellowship focusing on Big Data in the Social Sciences. He has previously held positions at Vanderbilt University and the Bruno Kessler Foundation in Trento, Italy.
