WORKSHOP: Preparing Music, from Practice to Performance with Andy Mitchell ($5 per person to audit)
Music is meant to be heard, but the road to a successful performance is often uncertain. Guitarist Andy Mitchell draws on his years as a performer, teacher, and composer to share methods for effective guitar practicing and performance preparation. New memorization and practicing techniques will be demonstrated, and helpful advice will benefit performing guitarists seeking to develop more confidence on the stage. Participants should bring their guitar in order to participate.
