Sherry Lutz Zivley has published on John Barth, John Donne, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Ernest Hemingway, Ted Hughes, D.H. Lawrence, and schizophrenic narrators in novels and poetry, including the works of Margaret Drabble and Sylvia Plath. She has served as Assistant Chair of the English Department and Director of Undergraduate Studies. She is currently writing a study of the phenomenology of dwelling spaces in a variety of short stories, novels, and films.
