FACILITY HARDWARE

The CTC houses a large, 50-seat open lab (room 234); three, 25-seat classroom/labs (rooms 232, 239 and 243); two touch-screen, collaborative multimedia stations; and provides a centralized support center and help desk. A fourth computer lab area is located within the Media Production Facilities, in the first floor studio area of the building. All of the School of Communication's eight classrooms and labs are equipped with multimedia instructional technology systems.

FACILITY SOFTWARE

CTC computers offer Microsoft Office, InDesign, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Go Live and other software.

The following equipment is available to be checked out from the CTC Help Desk. A valid CougarOne Card and enrollment in a class in the School of Communication is required.

Items may be kept during CTC business hours. Students may check out as many items as they choose at a time. If a student would like to check items out for more than one day they must fill out form PRP-2, Request for Authority to Remove Equipment from Campus.
