Biographical Summary

Long Le is a Clinical Professor and Director of International Initiatives for Global Studies in the Bauer College of Business. Since summer 2005, Dr. Le has directed study abroad programs in Southeast Asia to provide both undergraduate and MBA students an opportunity to learn about local business practices "on the ground." He is also a co-founder and lecturer of UH's Vietnamese Studies courses and is the editor of the Global Viet Diaspora. Dr. Le has published in various academic journals, including Far Eastern Economic Review, Harvard Asia Quarterly Journal, Journal of Social Issues in Southeast Asia, Journal of Southeast Asian American Education & Advancement, Global Asia: A Journal of the East Foundation, and Harvard's Asian American Policy Review.
