2014 Scholarship Banquet

Keynote: Amy DuBois Barnett

  • This year’s scholarship banquet keynote speaker is Dr. Barnett’s daughter, Amy Ross Barnett, who is former Editor-in-Chief of Ebony Magazine and is now a professor of management and organizations at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She was selected because she exemplifies the legacy of excellence in which the AAS program has recognized over the past decade. Barnett discussed her mother’s influence and empowerment.
