Questions and Answers
Q. Can I drop off my child at 6:30AM?
A. No. The earliest time you can drop off your child is 7:00AM.
Q. What is the latest time I can pick up my child?
A. Camp Construct closes at 6:00PM. In case you are stuck in traffic, or delayed at work, please make arrangements for an authorized person to pick up your child.
Q. In case I am delayed and get there after 6:00PM, is there a late charge?
A. Yes, there is a $20 late pick up charge. An additional $5 will be assessed for every 15 minutes past 6:15PM.
Q. My son does not attend UHCS, but I would like him to attend Camp Construct. Is that possible?
A. Unfortunately at this time, only current UHCS students can participate in the Camp Construct program.
Q. Will a snack be provided to my child?
A. Yes, light nutritious snacks will be provided to the children.
Q. Since I have two (2) kids in Camp Construct, do I get a discount?
A. We have strived to make Camp Construct as affordable as possible. Unfortunately, at this time we are not offering any discounts for multiple kids enrolled in the program.
Q. What is the registration and supply fee?
A. There is ‘NO’ registration and ‘NO’ supply fee for Camp Construct. We want to make this program as affordable as possible.
Q. How much is it to enroll my child in Camp Construct?
A. The fee to enroll one child in Camp Construct fulltime is $220 per month.
Q. Since school gets over at 12:30PM on Fridays, can I enroll my child for Fridays only?
A. Yes. The fee to enroll children for Fridays only is $100 per month.
Q. Is payment due after services are received?
A. No. Payment is due at the start of each month before services are received.
Q. When do I need to pay the dues for Camp Construct?
A. Payment must be received by the 1st of each month. Payment received after the 6th of the month will be considered late.
Q. Are there any late charges for payment received after the 6th of each month?
A. Yes, there will be a 6% late charge added to the monthly dues.
Q. Can I pay cash for the Camp Construct dues?
A. No, only checks and credit cards will be accepted for payment of dues.
Q. Can I request automatic monthly payments on my credit card?
A. Absolutely. Please contact the school administrator with the credit card details.
Q. What are the contract dates for Camp Construct?
A. Camp Construct contract agreement is from August 20th, 2007 to May 31st, 2008 for school days. If for any reason, UHCS or UH close, Camp Construct will also close.
Q. Is the deposit of $110 refundable?
A. Absolutely. The cancellation of the Camp Construct agreement must be requested in writing with 30 days prior notice. No reenrollment will be allowed until the next semester. |
