Jeffery Sposato, Bailey Stone, Hildegard Glass team up with Leipzig historian Anselm Hartinger to examine the 1813 Battle of Nations, a critical turning point in the Napoleonic Wars, and its impact on musical life in early 19th-century Leipzig. The Concert Chorale will perform the substantial choral portions of these important works.
