The Visiting Artist and Scholar Lecture Series is a collaboration between the School of Art and Blaffer Art Museum to bring visiting artists and scholars to the University of Houston. The organizing theme for the 2012- 2013 series is “Materiality” which is inspired by the School of Art curriculum and by Blaffer Art Museum’s twenty year survey exhibition of work by American sculptor Tony Feher.
