Weekly mindfulness meditation sessions sponsored by the UH Wellness Center are open to everyone! This offering is part of UH Wellness's mission to educate around all dimensions of wellness, and provide a space for ?emotional and mental development. No experience necessary.

Don't miss the registration deadline for CoRec Basketball. Sign up between 10/2 and 10/19 by 12 p.m. on imleagues.com. Play begins 10/22. The play format is 8 - 10 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

Registration for Ultimate Frisbee runs 9/25 – 10/19. You can register on imleagues.com. Play runs 10/22 - 11/30. The play format is Mon–Wed, 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

For the 6v6 Dodgeball Tournament, registration runs 9/25 – 10/19 on imleagues.com. Play lasts 10/22 - 11/30. Divisions include Men, Greek Men and Co-Rec play. Matches take place Mon – Wed, 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Join the panel discussionon the ethical dilemmas of gentrification, integration, and segregation. Panelist will include Representative Garnet Coleman (Texas State Rep. for District 147), Dr. Ronald Sundstorm (Philosophy Dept. Chair at University of San Francisco), and Dr. Assata Richards (Founding Director, Sankofa Research Institute & Emancipation Economic Development Council). Each of the panelists will speak for about 15 mins each, then the moderator, Johanna Luttrell, will ask a couple of questions before opening it up to questions from the audience.
