Community Students

The UH Weeks of Welcome was established to promote and inform the UH community about the multitude of events that take place during the first two weeks of the fall semester. This tradition will continue to provide information, connect new and returning UH students to student organizations, departments, and resources, through the promotion of events and programs on a centralized web-calendar at The “UH Weeks of Welcome” online calendar features on-campus events that took place on Thursday, August 22nd through Friday, September 6th.

Feast: Radical Hospitality in Contemporary Art


All new women faculty (across colleges) will be invited to an introductory luncheon with the deans, provost and president to acquaint them with the university. This event is by invitation only and is being hosted by Dean Ramchand.
