Philip J Boedeker Manager, Communications/Operations

Philip J. Boedeker has worked in a combination of communications or operations for over nine years. He is “twice the citizen” by simultaneously serving in the U.S. Army Reserve as a public affairs officer. His previous civilian communication experience involved internal communications for the medical staff of a teaching hospital in Houston. Prior to transitioning into the civilian sector, Phil served on Active Duty in the U.S. Army and held a number of roles including Deputy Director of Strategic Communication for the Fires Center of Excellence and Speech Writer for the Commanding General of Fort Sill. Phil’s professional education includes the Public Affairs Qualification Course at the Defense Information School. Phil earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Texas A&M University and his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
