- Make sure that when you connect your network cable to your computer, you also disable the wireless receiver so that it does not override or interfere with the wired connection.
- Your instructor controls how long you have for the quiz and how many attempts you have. Look for this information in the quiz instructions.
- If you do not have any more attempts and you need more, contact your instructor.
- If you get disconnected while taking a quiz and you still have time left, restart your browser and enter the quiz again. Click the "Continue Assessment" button.
- If you are allowed more than one attempt, you must click "Finish" before you can make another attempt.
- Be careful with a scrolling mouse so you don't accidentally change your quiz answers. After you select an answer, be sure to click outside the answer box to avoid changing it accidentally.
- Be sure to click "Save Answer" again, after you change an answer.
- Be sure to click "Finish" when you are done with the quiz.
- If your instructor displays the correct answers, they are marked with a green check on the right. The answers you selected are marked with a gray check on the left.
