- Grade Book Upload Problem
- Names in Red in Grade Book
- Names in red in the Grade Book are people who have been unenrolled and who no longer see this course. Students may be unenrolled based on their status in PeopleSoft. These students need to check their myUH (PeopleSoft) accounts.
- Blank Grade Book
- Known Issue: Sometimes the Grade Book does not load and a blank page is displayed.
- Workarounds:
- Uninstall multiple copies of java. You should only have a single version of java installed. See Java Issues for more information.
- Clear Java Cache - see Java Issues
- Right click on the blank area and select "Refresh." You may need to do this a few times.
- Clear temporary Internet files.
