
Welcome to the Biology and Biochemistry Undergraduate Association!
Our Mission Statement The Biology and Biochemistry Undergraduate Association (BBUA) at the University of Houston is a non-profit organization that promotes student involvement in the advancement of sciences. Our mission is to provide undergraduate students with opportunities and contacts that will give them a leading edge towards their future endeavors in an increasingly competitive market. The BBUA serves its members with valuable sources of information regarding graduate school, medical schools, professional schools, and prospective employers. Our organization also promotes camaraderie with our peers, as we are a diverse group bonded by similar interests and shared dreams. In order to provide these services to biology and biochemistry undergraduates at UH, the BBUA continually strives to achieve the following goals:
