January 2004 - July 2004 Connie Jorgenson, APRN, BC, Atlanta, GA Clinical Supervisor - Responsible for monitoring changes in patients’ psychotropic and non-psychotropic medications, collecting data regarding diagnostics, completing patient and family psychological and medical histories, administering scales and recording patient’s mood and behavioral changes.
January 2002 - May 2002 Beverly Healthcare, Decatur, GA Clinical Practicum - Facilitated Social Services with initial notes, psychosocial assessments, social histories and discharge plans for the residents in the facility.
