Apply for a Program / Conference

To request funds for a program or conference, fill out an Allocation Request Form and submit to an AFB representative. You will need to attach a one-page summary about your organization and about the program or conference you are requesting funds for.

For Programs

If a program is approved for funding, all on–campus publicity (ads, flyers, programs, etc.) must have the AFB logo.

For Conferences

Items to attach with the Conference Allocation Request Form:

  1. Center for Student Involvement Memorandum
  2. Conference Agenda
  3. Travel Roster

For reimbursement purposes, if approved, the student organization must comply with the University student travel policy MAPP 04.02.04 and submit a copy of the Travel Roster to AFB office.
