as University Business Park (UBP) was
acquired by the University of Houston
System.
CALHOUN LOFTS NOW LEASING RETAIL SPACE

All retail space is located at street level with sidewalk and street access.
NOW LEASING CALHOUN LOFTS
The lofts feature 553,000 Gross Square Feet
of housing for approximately 1000 graduate and undergraduate
professional students within the campus professional precinct including 10,000 SF of retail space and 1,000 SF of multi-purpose meeting space.

In order to make sure the university is abiding by the principles outlined in our leases, employees housed in
all buildings of the University Business Park should contact University Services with repair or other building issues.
