During a recent review of policies by University Information Technology (UIT), it was determined that SAM 07.A.02 addresses copyright laws which are addressed in SAM 07.A.04, as well as covered in campus-specific policies (MAPPs). In addition, the legan references in the policy are outdated and no longer valid.

SAM 07.B.02 - Software Documentation |

During a recent review of policies by University Information Technology (UIT), it was determined that the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) was rescinded in May 2011. As with SAM 07.B.01 (rescinded on 05/31/2011), the Texas Administrative Code does not require this policy at a System level, and the information in this SAM is currently documented in campus-specific policies (MAPPs).
