MAPPs Rescinded During Quarter 1, Fiscal Year 2018

The following MAPPs were rescinded as official university policy by President Khator during Quarter 1 (September, October, and November 2017), Fiscal Year 2018:

MAPP 02.07.02 - Reasonable Workplace Accommodations for Employees With Disabilities November 3, 2017 During a recent review of procedures by UH Equal Opportunity Services (EOS), UHS General Counsel and Legal Affairs and their Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), SAM 02.E.09, entitled Reasonable Workplace Accommodations for Employees With Disabilities was updated and approved on August 25, 2017.
SAM 02.E.09 was extensively updated with complete documentation on the process for applying for a reasonable workplace accommodation. The documentation in SAM 02.E.09 replaces
MAPP 02.07.02.
MAPP 02.07.02 is considered obsolete due to the revision and approval of SAM 02.E.09.
