Section VI.E and VI.I. Removed Section XI, Indexing Terms. Removed #12 from Addendum A, which is not a part of
BOR Policy 57.08 and Texas Government Code Section 572.051. Added SAM 01.G.01 to Section XI, References.

MAPP 02.05.02 is an Interim release that will go through the full review process at a later time period.
Applied revised MAPP template and added new Revision Log. Interim release based on SAO Audit related to the National Research University Fund. Added links to documentation throughout the procedure. Changed the Office of Research Financial Services to Research Financial Services. Removed
most of the contents from Section VII, replacing it with a requirement for employees performing sponsored project work to follow procedures posted on the Office Contracts and Grants web site. Fixed titles for Responsible Parties and Approval sections. Removed Index Terms.

MAPP 07.02.02 is an Interim release that will go through the full review process at a later time period.
Applied revised MAPP template and added new Revision Log.
MAPP was retitled from "Smoke Free Environment" to current title. Rewrote the policy to emphasize activities for creating a tobacco-free campus, including information on tobacco use areas, the Tobacco Task Force, and Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT). Changed the responsible party from the Assistant Vice President for Public Safety and Security to the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, Office
of Health and Wellness. Included applicable reference
documents in Section VIII.

Revision Dated 08/24/2012: Interim release based on SAO Audit related to the National
Research University Fund. Added Section II.D on reallocation of expenses and responsibilities based on non-collection of funds. Added Section II.E on time and effort reporting compliance and monitoring; noncompliance may result in repayment of funds and
the inability to receive funding for future sponsored projects.
