PIER Instructions
Go to
www.piersystem.com
Click Login
to the PIER System.
Enter your user name and password and then
click Submit. Your user name is your first
initial + your last name.
If you do
not know your password, click the Forgot
your password? link and a new password will
be e-mailed to you.
Select Emergency Operation Center.
Select the Content tab and click the plus
sign next to Business Continuity Planning in
the Document Type list.
Click on the link under the “Posted” column
to view documents for each department.
Click on the “View Document” icon to view
each document.
Click the Download link.
If the document is a Word or Excel file, it
will open in the browser you are viewing. If
the document is a .PDF, you will need to
save the document to your computer and open
in Adobe Reader.
