UH DINING PROMOTES NEW MENU LABELING LAW posted on 7/29/16
The new law is a set of regulations passed by Congress requiring restaurants and other food establishments to post calories on menus and menu signage. The law also requires restaurants to provide customers with additional nutrition information.
