CANCELLED - PLANNED ELECTRICAL OUTAGES SCHEDULED DURING THE WINTER BREAK posted 12/20/13 CANCELLED - Planned electrical outages scheduled during the Winter Break (December 26, 2013 thru December 29, 2013) have been canceled and will be rescheduled at a later date. All other project and maintenance work will continue as planned.

Anyone can report a non-emergency facility issue at any time during the day or night.

ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & LIFE SAFETY HAS MOVED posted 12/20/13 The department is now located on the second floor of the Texas Learning & Computation Center at 4513 Cullen Blvd. Its mail code and phone numbers have not changed.

UHPD CAN WATCH YOUR VEHICLE OVER WINTER BREAK posted 12/20/13 Any member of the UH community who will be leaving their car on campus during the break can let the police department know so they can keep a watchful eye over it.

WINTER MAINTENANCE WORK PLANNED ON SEVERAL PARKING LOTS posted 12/17/13 Starting Dec. 23 and lasting through Jan. 10, work will be performed on lots 8A, 9C, 15G, 16B and 17C, as well as Entrance 19.

FINALS MANIA PROVES MORE POPULAR THAN EVER posted 12/16/13 The event, which was held Dec. 10 in the library to provide a break for students studying for exams, saw nearly 1,700 people served pancakes, turkey sausage and a host of drinks and snacks.

CONSTRUCTION WORK BEGINS ON ERP BUILDING 4 posted 12/09/13 This build-out will provide the National Center for Airborne Laser Mapping Department with offices, a graduate student area and three labs. Construction will last until mid-April.
