Sidewalk Repairs to Impact Parts of Campus

Houston, June 30, 2015 — Various sidewalks near the Lamar Fleming Jr. Building, Cullen Family Plaza, Farish Hall, Philip Guthrie Hoffman Hall and the Science Building will be closed for repairs and replacement from Monday, July 6, through Friday, July 10.

Occupants and users of the buildings in these areas should expect noise associated with the sidewalk removal process and intermittent noisy work throughout the week.

Sidewalks at the following areas will be impacted:

  • Lamar Fleming Jr. Building at the southeast corner
  • Cullen Family Plaza near Farish Hall
  • Science Building and PGH/Cullen Family Plaza accessibility ramp
