Dining Halls to Serve Soul Food Favorites

Houston, April 15, 2016 — Pull up a chair and get ready to feast as University of Houston Dining Services presents Soul Food Day on Wednesday, April 20, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Fresh Food Company in Moody Towers and Thursday, April 21, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Cougar Woods Dining Hall.

Guests can indulge in traditional southern dishes such as fried chicken, sweet potato casserole and macaroni and cheese. Pile a plate high with collard greens, cornbread and then top it off with banana pudding.
