Pie Toss Helps Raise Money for March For Babies Campaign

Houston, April 4, 2014 - A good ending to a long work week took place recently at the University of Houston Department of Public Safety when staff members got a chance to toss pies in the face of co-workers.

It was all for a good cause, as the pie toss event raised over $100 for the March for Babies campaign.

The volunteers who were "whipped" by having the whipped-cream topped pies tossed at them by their colleagues included event organizer Sharon Chavez, Valerie Smith, Troy Golden, Jorge Ramon, Elson Ayoub, Joe Tremont, Omar Sheikh and Evelyn Brown.
