UH Community Invited to Parking Forum

Houston, Jan. 29, 2016 — Students, faculty and staff are invited to attend this year's parking forum taking place on Monday, Feb. 8 in the SGA Senate Chamber, located in the Student Center North, room 204.

Bob Browand, the director of UH's Parking and Transportation Services department, will lead the discussion during the event, which will cover everything from the department's current service offerings to how the program is projected to change and grow over the next ten years.

To give as many people as possible a chance to hear the information firsthand, the forum will be divided into two identical sessions, one scheduled from 10 until 11 a.m. and another from noon until 1 p.m. Refreshments and giveaways will be provided during each timeslot.

"I'm looking forward to addressing the campus community at the forum," said Browand. "We've been working hard on developing a long-term plan for our program and I'm excited to share it."

In an attempt to better spread its message, the department is considering adding additional forum dates. Continue to check back here and on UH Parking's Facebook page for updates.
