Houston, Nov. 12, 2015 — University of Houston Dining Services has extended the hours at the omelet station in the Fresh Food Company in Moody Towers.

The station, which originally closed at 10 a.m., will now remain open until 11 a.m. daily. The station delivers custom-built omelets and offers the option to add a variety of toppings.

"The omelet station's extended hours is a student request that we received and have implemented into our breakfast rotation," said Torik Banks, director of operations for UH Dining.

Cougar Woods Dining Hall and the Fresh Food Company also offer several menu options like cereal, toast, fruit and bagels for customers to enjoy between 10 and 11 a.m.
