Join the University of Houston Dining Services on a Caribbean escape as it hosts a "Hey Mon!" Caribbean-themed lunch menu at the Real Food on Campus at Cougar Woods on Tuesday, April 8. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The smell of traditional baked jerk chicken will awaken the senses. Let the waves of flavor continue while enjoying rice and beans with leafy collard greens to add a splash of healthy sides.
Complete the island experience with coconut, pineapple, and sautéed plantains.
