New Items Served at Made Without Gluten and Halal Station

Houston, Feb. 13, 2015 — The made without gluten and halal station at the Fresh Food Company in Moody Towers continues to evolve and expand its array of choices. Diners will now find gluten-free cereal, bread, spreads and fresh sides.

UH Dining Services is also excited to announce the introduction of a baked potato bar in the station that will feature a choice of baked russet or sweet potatoes along with all of the fixings.

While UH Dining Services serves items that are made without gluten, it does not have a gluten-free kitchen. Students with questions or concerns about dining options are encouraged to contact Campus Dietitian Sarah Feye at feye-sarah@aramark.com.

"University of Houston Dining Services is always looking for better ways to create and enhance a healthy lifestyle for all," Feye said.

To find the station, walk past the brick oven, and turn right and it is facing the windows in Moody Towers.
