'Finals Crazy Daze' Provides a Fun Twist on Dining Discounts

Houston, Dec. 5, 2016 — University of Houston Dining Services presents Finals Crazy Daze, a series of discounts and promotions at various residential and retail locations during weekdays of the finals period.

Students and the rest of the UH community can get a coffee fix with a happy hour at both Starbucks and Einstein Bros. Bagels from 2 to 4 p.m. and 9 to 11 p.m., which includes a $1 drip coffee and a buy one/get one free of equal or lesser value deal on a specialty beverage. Starbucks is also having a merchandise sale at which customers can buy any holiday item and receive a free tall drip coffee.

Visit Panda Express to receive a free drink with any purchase of an entrée or Chick-Fil-A to receive a free drink with any purchase of a sandwich. Buy a smoothie at Freshii and get $1 off the purchase. Other discounts include cinnamon sticks at Pizza Hut, cinnamon twists at Taco Bell, and half-priced beer and margaritas at Taco Cabana from 5 to 8 p.m.

The residential dining locations will feature a waffle bar, an ice cream bar, a coffee bar, therapy dogs, coloring pages and games at various times during the final exam period.
